How can I pay with a Credit/Debit Card?
A: Once you go to checkout, you will be asked to fill in your billing/shipping address. Scroll down and there will be an option to pay with PayPal. Click the “Proceed to PayPal” button and it will bring you to a pay where you can either login to PayPal or select another form of payment which is located underneath the PayPal login option, select that. How often will you be shipping orders?
A: We will be shipping orders every other morning and as often as possible. (At the very least every Monday)
How long will it take to reach (your country/location)?
A: All orders are shipped via Standard Post which can take up to 5-10 business days to reach you depending on your location.
Do you deliver to (your country/location)?
A: If you have an address, we will deliver! (We ship worldwide)
I don’t have a PayPal account nor Debit/Credit card, how else can I pay?
A: Unfortunately at this time we can only take payments via Paypal (which also offers Debit/Credit Payment). We apologize for the inconvenience.
You don’t have my size?
A: Whatever sizes we have available are those we have in stock. However, if you have a specific size that you need that isn’t available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I find my Transaction ID/Receipt ID?
A: Once your order is completed, you will receive an email via PayPal. Within that email at the top right hand corner there will be an ID number. This is what you will need if there are any issues with your order and for reference.
What sizes do you have? And how can I tell if it will fit me?
A: With each product, we have a Measurement Chart/Size Chart on the product page. Please refer to that.
I emailed support, but I haven’t heard a response. Should I email again?
A: There may be a few reasons you haven’t heard a response yet:
a. We respond to emails as they are received (we get many) and may not have reached yours yet.
b. We did respond but it didn’t reach your inbox because it was marked as spam. Please be sure to check your spam folder and add us (email@example.com) to your address book so future emails from us will be received.
Please allow time for us to respond. We do not recommend sending multiple emails – we will get to it so hang tight!
How will my order be shipped? Is there an invoice or tracking ID?
Bracelets: Unfortunately, we ship all bracelet orders via standard USPS post in an envelope. Being as we do this and provide free shipping, we cannot provide any tracking. Unless you order your bracelet along with a T-Shirt/Hoodie (which will then be shipped together), we cannot offer any tracking for bracelets but they should reach you within 5-10 business days but may take longer depending on your location.
TShirts/Hoodies: Currently each order is shipped via Standard USPS Post. With shipping the T-Shirt and Hoodies, the shipping labels come with a tracking number that you will be emailed once the label is printed. Once you have that number, you can check to see where it is via the usps tracking page. Please allow at least 5-10 business days for your shipment to reach you.
How much does shipping cost?
A: It depends for each person. Each product (other than bracelets) are shipped based off weight and destination. Our USPS shipping calculator will determine the proper shipping cost once you place in your Country, State, and ZipCode which can be found here.
Why am I being charged for pre-orders?
A: A pre-order is an order placed before the item is in stock making sure that you are able to get the item before they’re sold out again. We must ensure payments clear before shipping out any items. If it does not, we cannot ship your order.
Can I add/remove an product from my order once it’s been placed?
A: Unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to it. If you have ordered the incorrect product(s), please contact us immediately and we can cancel the order (which will include a refund on your money) before it ships.
Is expedited shipping available?
A: No, at this time we only ship via Standard Post/First Class International Shipping.
Can I change my shipping address?
A: If you have just placed your order and realized the incorrect address was given, please immediately email firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct address and your Transaction ID. Once the order is shipped, we cannot reroute the shipment so please be sure to inform us as soon as you notice the incorrect address was given.
How can I cancel my order?
A: Please contact us at email@example.com immediately. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped so please be sure to contact us as quickly as possible. Please include your Transaction/Receipt ID, name, shipping address and/or email address associated with your order so we can hastily cancel your order before it is shipped.
Can I pay in any other currency other than the US dollar ($)?
A: PayPal automatically handles the currency conversions.
Can I get help over the phone?

What brand of shirts/hoodies do you print on?
A: Our shirts are Gildan SoftStyle 100% PreShrunk Cotton and our hoodies are Gildan Heavy Blend 50% Cotton 50% Polyester Pullover.
What are the bracelets made of? What size are the bracelets?
A: They are made of 100% AAA Grade Silicone Material. Width: 12mm x Thickness: 2mm; all are Large (approximately 8 inches)
